Let’s talk about how she got crucified in the media for having an affair with a married man, when that man was her director. And let’s remember that she was called all manner of things for “ruining her relationship with RPattz” when she wasn’t even engaged to the dude, let alone married with kids. But oh no, she gets called a slut because she’s Kristen Stewart, she gets her career fucked because she’s Kristen Stewart, and the dude gets off scott free.

Let’s talk about how she is incredibly shy and anxious (rather, incidentally, like Chris Evans) but does film anyway, because she’s just that awesome.

Fuck your noise. She’s not the best actor in the world but she sure as hell doesn’t deserve that kind of shit.

is to end up living a mediocre life in a mediocre place with a mediocre love, feeling trapped behind a white picket fence knowing I didn’t try my hardest to live the life I really wanted.

That is one of the things that keeps me working this hard. That keeps me striving and taking on way too much work, really. That’s what keeps me motivated through all the speeches going “studying this will never get you a job” or “maybe one of you will be able to get a job in this industry” or other things like that.

I know that I will not be happy unless I have tried to achieve what I want in life in every single way. If it fails after that, I will know I did my best, but if I don’t… I don’t want to know what I’d become. Probably some kind of bitter, sad old woman destroying everything I touch because I can. I don’t want to become that.

We only get one life, so if I spend mine chasing a dream instead of settling for any less, that seems like a much better idea to me. It’s what gets me out of bed in the morning, and what keeps me moving forward. It’s what I cling to - life is what you make it. Life will be (is already, really) beautiful.

I really, really love this song. Considering it is a combination of Röyksopp, which I love, and Susanne Sundfør, with one of the best voices in this world - could I possibly not?

This song is really big in Norway, but I don’t know how much further it’s reached, considering both the artist are Norwegian. I hope some of you have heard it before, though. Both are really great artists, and they deserve to be heard.

(This because I’ve been seeing posts about other people’s upbringings and things their parents have said.)

My mother and father never once tried to explain to me how any kind of sexuality or style of clothing or disability or any such thing is different from any normal. I was never explained how to deal with these things, because they raised me to believe that everything is normal, and that no matter who I am dealing with I am to treat them with the same amount of respect and kindness (unless they do not return the gesture). They brought me up saying that no matter what I chose for myself, or who I chose to be around, it was all right. It was normal.

I am very glad that I have been raised like this, to thinking that it is your personality that matters, the way you treat others - not the way you look or feel or any of these silly things that don’t really matter.
