Going to start doing yoga in the mornings.
Boyfriend starts work early in the morning and has to get up at six-ish to be awake enough to get there by 8:30, so I think most nights I will go to bed early with him and wake up to enjoy the morning. I actually quite like this, time to do things before the day really begins, like yoga. I need it, too. I’m stiff as a pin, need to stretch or my nerves get too short.
I’ve always had that problem, with my legs, that the nerves were too short since, when I was around three years old, I used to walk on top of my toes. Not on my toes, but curling them in and walking on the joints. I don’t know how I did that… It hurts like hell when I try now, but I still have the bad habit of walking on my toes when I’m not wearing shoes. My legs don’t like that. So, yeah, stretching and yoga. New life-style.
