Salt water everywhere, a million more freckles and wind in my hair. Waiting for the ferry back home now. I could stay here forever, but I have to go back to town for Red Cross duties.

I love Norwegian summer songs.
They’re wonderful, and whenever I hear them my brain just screams out “IT’S SUMMER!” to the rest of me. It’s wonderful. Also, they’re all so catchy and lovely and full of funny lyrics and I really like them. Norwegian summer songs rock. They’re just so awesome. I’ll post some later for you all.

Saw The Hunger Games today.
I really liked it. I was afraid it would be too much of a Battle Royal rip-off, and at times it was a bit too similar, but it was really good (and so differently filmed and focused).
It was a delight, and now I have to read the books. Fuck. More books - like there aren’t enough on my list…
Summer plans!
Ordered the plane tickets to Belgium and back today, and decided to stay a couple of days in Bruxelles after the festival as well! I miss my dear Bruxelles, so that’ll be lovely!

I got stuff done today!
Started a reportage for the entrance exam, found the paper I have to send to the school I’m applying to, prepared what I could, which I’ll send off tomorrow or Friday aaaand I’ll try to write more for the essay tonight.
Feels good, man.
